Schedule was a little jacked up today because of a sick child, but I made it to the gym just not at the usual time. I could tell that the change in routine affected me a little bit. Good session though.

Well, the pain (tendonitis) in my elbow has become unbearable. As a result, I will be going back to a 4 day a week split. I absolutely loved BBB for the 6 weeks I was on it. I wish I could continue with the six day split because I am an endorphine junky and I made excellent progress. However, the dull ache in myh elbow has begun to bother me in daily living activities (i.e. picking up my son) and I think 6 days of pressing is just to much. The new split, which I started today is very basic and looks like this:
