Hi Paul, I’ve been doing your Guaranteed Muscle Mass program for three months now, and am finding it to be fun and challenging. Question on rep ranges: Upper Body is listed as 75%; recently though I’ve seen a couple if sources claiming that Shoulders should be worked at lower intensity/ higher reps. In the context of the GMM program, is 75% still the best fit for OHP. or would going lighter be better? THANKS!!
When you factor in the 50% set it should be quite a few reps. If you want to throw in some 100 rep plate raises after that, then feel free to do so and enjoy the gains. ![]()
