That dude has some crazy rear delts. I have a hard time with mine I can’t establish a mind muscle connection if that makes sense. Almost every other muscle I can feel when I lift and place more emphasis on it but I have a very difficult time with rear delts. Sorry not trying to highjack the thread.
Lighten up the weight. -Seriously-
Lean against an incline bench.
Point your thumbs at the ground when flying.
Make sure to bend your arms substantially.
High reps only, 15+.

Agreed. Great physique, but needs to shut the fuck up.
I’ve got to third this. If you achieve this kind of elite physique, I think you can allow yourself a certain degree of cockiness, but I don’t even get what he’s trying to tell me half of the time.

…But nice arms.
I’ve noticed that a lot of ‘fitness-celebrities’ (I love this term! it’s just hysterical), in their work to carve out a market and audience for themselves, either overcomplicate simple matters, or get real new-worldy/psycho-babbly in their writing and videos. Sure, I agree there is a lot of evidence to the power of harnessing the mind (I not only have one of my degrees in psychology, but have quite a few books on sports psychology and harnessing ‘positive thinking’ etc), but I also firmly believe that there’s no need to overcomplicate things simple for the sake of sounding more impressive.
(now that I think about it though, maybe I should start doing that myself, and release rambling videos each week…? -lol)

Plitt’s livelihood is based on his body, and he’ll never be tested for anything, so I don’t see why he wouldn’t ever take roids. Same is true for a lot of fitness models. I’m not cynical though, so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt - I do think Plitt might be natural.
Stu though, that dude’s a crazy beast. Must be on dat dere CelTech, no doubt!

Lets say he does use (plitt not stu lol.) Does that mean his physique is not attainable for a natty? Maybe not to maintain year - round, but for one day. I believe so.
m not as familiar w natty bbera as some are here, but im sure there has been a few that competed at 6’1 195.Thats much different than maintaining that year round obviously.
It is for sure achievable natty but you gotta put in at least 5+ years of work and dieting.
I think it’s crazy how hyped GP always appears in front of the camera. Not long ago I read a comment below one of his YT Videos, that stated something such as “you live clean and healthy for a while, you appear that energetic to average day people”. A couple of guys from my gym are taking Jack3d and none of them even seems half as motivated as plitt. I honestly believe he might be suffering from a caffeine addiction…
He’s kind of a loudmouth wanker, but I think I like him. I wonder if he’s like that when the cameras are off. Would shit you off pretty bad if you were his training partner, haha. And yeah, I think that’s doable naturally.
I can think of several T Nation members that look that good (that claim natural status).
This thread would make more sense if it was with regard to the picture posted on the first page. The physique he shows in the vid should be more than attainable for guys with good genetics, IMO.

Agreed, his size has seemed to have fluctuated over the years.

First a bunch of people are addicted on sugar.
Plus a bunch of people are addicted on coffee.
What is being clean ?
I do agree with kingbeef323, he is lean and muscular period.
I am in the 3 % genetically leaner, it might be so for him but he has the potential for big muscles mass, i do not. Maybe he is not big on reading and he did not bulk it up.

Something like plitt’s size would be my goal, as im roughly the same height. I don’t believe those are 18" arms, but who knows. Im currently 6’1 195lbs and have 14.5" arms so i have a long way to go.
