I use the Udo brand (aka. Udo’s choice oil). Here is where I get it. In fact, just received another bottle Friday with my monthly oil supply.

Has anyone tried Vege Greens?? JB mentioned this product in his Daily Tips late last week, but I know on his website, he endorses Greens+?? Anyone tried this?

I use Greens +. You can get it at Vitamin Cottage. That is where I bought mine and while the taste is not fancy it is exceptional quality. I would buy it at Vitamin cottage or the store that way you save some money. It costs too much for shipping and handling and is more expensive at those websites. It is a relatively expensive supp. anyway and JB adds it to protein drinks when he has one. I only use it with protein shakes and his recipe otherwise… I eat vegatables whole.

My advice:

-Save your money & buy at Vitamin cottage or a specialty store of the same sort.
-Add Greens + to every protein drink when you have one and are pressed for time.
-Add Greens + to Jb’s Super Shake Recipe(as suggested)

-Otherwise, eat whole vegatables and rarely use greens +. Use it when your merely pressed for time and need a quick shot of protein and vegatables ( ie. Grow + Greens plus )

-Get Lifted
