Gout help goutt

A little back story:
Currently on Test E, 200mg a week, pinning EOD, feeling amazing. However…. I just found out that I have gout in the ankle. This was going on pre testosterone, and started about 1.5 years ago. This is my 3-4 flair up in 1.5 years, but this is the worst. It has never been like this.

I hired a coach a littler over a month ago to cut weight, so my protein has been high. Before a coach I use to get 150 grams a day as I thought it was “working” for me but it wasn’t so my coach has me on 220 grams a day and I’ve been eating SUPER clean with this coach.

Since the gout was pre test and way before pre coach I don’t think the higher protein has caused it? I could be wrong.

Also, I’m in NC hurricane hit us hard, no power, low on food so I’ve been eating bs foods for the last week and then now it flairs up like crazy worst it’s been. Any help???
Should I lower protein? Should I continue my normal Coaches routine? and do you guys think it’s from this week of just shitty eating?

Helppppppp

What have you been eating in the past week, and has your water intake decreased?

All we have been able to get our hands on is sandwhich meats and yes water has also decreased

I have never had “gout” but i did have symptoms, which were caused from a very high protein diet (keto/carnivore essentially) but i am 100% certain it was because i was getting dehydrated. Took colchicine to get over the hump and then made sure i was very very hydrated and never had an issue since.
