
Coyote, FST-7 is 7 sets of an isolation exercise with 30 seconds rest between each set, the rests are spent stretching and pumping the muscle.

Today was supposed to be a back and chest workout. However, I had to leave early and it’s not so much a bad thing as I was causing more attention than I would otherwise not care about.
One guy who pisses me off the most of anyone that I’ve ever met was pointing my ass out to some stranger as if I was a trophy. It makes me hate wearing short shorts when doing bent over exercises sometimes, but I’m most comfortable in short shorts and I can’t let douches take that from me.
Thus, I was quite grateful to leave early and isn’t so bad since I can add some chest work to my arms session tomorrow. That’s Reason #51 why I like not training with a program; unforeseen events that disrupt training aren’t so angering when a schedule isn’t set in stone anyway.
