I took a screencap of the folder with my lifting videos in it, crossing my fingers it loads before tomorrow.
A) The bench video is from january of 2009. somewhere, in the depths of FA, thereās a tiptoe convo between mmgalb727, myself, and at least one other person about how my form was off, or something polite like that. i dismissed those comments and kept thinking I was awesome until april rolled around and the cbear thread was started. I still have that texas zipup, but it barely fits because iāve put on at least 15lbs since then.
B) the ā15 pullupā video youāre upset about is from march of 2009. In march of 2010 I got the outline of a tattoo that starts at my hips, wraps around and up, and ends in the middle of my traps. thereās no way i could have made that pullup video within the last 14 months, at least. I also still have that grey tank top, and my back hangs over the sides bc i refuse to give it up.
C)+D) the two weighted pullup videos are from 2009, but 7.5 months after the ā15 pullupā video, and 6 months after i started to get help/coaching.
Iāll also point out-
The āGHR failā video, available for your giggles on the youtube. again, had NO idea Iād been doing em wrong until I saw it. it took a very long time to get my mind-muscle connection firing, and it still bails sometimes.
The ā265 failā it also took a long time to get my deadlift passable, and i still have a very weird sticking point right below my knees.
Nikki deserves to have her log back, whether she chooses to use it or not, so Iāll be addressing some things over the next few days via PM. I will leave it up to the other party(ies) to decide if the convo should be reposted.
