I’m planning on leaning out, getting to somewhere between 10-12%bf then starting a mass phase. I’m currently at 177, probably between 17-20%bf; the only definition in my abs are top two. I’m thinking about doing the Hard body plan. I’ve done it once before And leaned out a fair bit without even dialing my diet in. This time I intend to be more strict with my diet. Does this look like a good routine to help accomplish that? I know without getting it together in the kitchen it won’t matter what routine I choose.
You’ve answered your own question dude. If you leaned out doing it without paying attention to diet, doing it again while paying attention to diet should work even better.
