Looks like some political wrangling in the Senate might end up delaying the passing of the PH ban by several months. The post below by the Executive Director of USFA states that passage of the bill in the Senate will be delayed by proposed changes to the bill. In addition, the bill that is passed will be different from the one in the House, requiring conference committee action and re-approval by both houses, further delaying passage.
He estimates that it may be as long as October, possibly even the next session of Congress, before the ban is signed into law. In addition, there is now a chance that an “effective date” provision will be added to the bill, adding a certain amount of time before the bill takes effect after it is signed.
If this pans out, there may be enough time to make and sell one (or several) batches of Mag-10 - maybe even with the “super delivery” system introduced in the new 4-AD-EC…
