Good Jeans for Women with a Build?

Oh mighty vixen counsel, I beseech you. It seems as though there have been dozens of threads on jeans for men who lift, I couldn’t find any about jeans for women who have the amazing build that comes from squatting and deadlifting. At least, not through the search function. Strangely the women in blue jeans thread from SAMA didn’t even show up, but anyway…

What brands/types of jeans tend not to try to flatten out the ass you’ve worked so hard to build? I am, of course, asking for a friend for purely altruistic reasons.

If there are any threads on this already I’ll of course gladly accept a link as well.

I dont feel like linking the threads but you can try over at figure athlete.

This thread is lame so far. It can only get better.

Thanks, I didn’t realize the search functions weren’t linked. I found a few over there.

Wol, thanks for the effort, but I fear it may die.

I’m going to disagree. Most of my jeans have spandex woven into them. I like them for comfort but they tend to give me a bit of a uni-bum. I prefer the look of no spandex. It gives me more ass cleft.

This is exactly the problem my friend is having. Apparently the goal of many clothes makers is to allow the jeans to “fit” as many women as possible without actually being cut for any of them.

This must be stopped.

Simply awesome. OP, just buy these, and make sure every female that you know gets 'em as well (you will be making the world a better place).

Women aren’t allowed to wear pant! or anything else

EVER!

I wear low rider jeans for a bigger butt and made to be loose fit around the legs (on the label) but they end up snug on my legs. I can’t remember where I got the two pairs I wear currently, I think it might have been Ricki’s since I buy most of my pants there. They look good and don’t flatten my ass out too much but they still aren’t the best fit because even with a bit of stretch they’re too tight on my hamstrings and I have to fuck with them every time I get up.

So I’m still looking for a good pair.

X2

It’s hell shopping for jeans. One of the cuts Express has fits me really well.

I’m not crazy about stretch denim, they are always too big in the waist and end up getting too stretched out.
Best brands for me are Guess, Lucky and Diesel, but I can wear straight cuts without problems.

Jeans are like any other clothing article, they are patterned on the current “popular” body types. So if you don’t have a big ass and small legs it’s tough to get a good fit. Thankfully the ultra low is finally disappearing, that cut was everywhere for the past 5 years and looked good on maybe 10% of the wearers.
I find in general that private label jeans found in fashion chain stores provide more realistic fits i.e larger in the leg and hip.

DebraD: Ricki’s? LOL that’s a blast from my west coast past. Do they still have the Bryan’s chain out west?

Is it weird that I don’t wear jeans? Ever? Since I was, like, twelve?

Anyway, I prefer cotton pants of various sorts. Comfy, stretchy.

I know, I’m no help.

Works for me.

I just went shopping for jeans a few weeks ago. What a disaster.

In the past Ive gotten Banana Republic jeans that fit perfectly. Their Urban cut doesn’t gap nearly as bad as others I’ve tried. Gap’s new Long and Lean ones fit well too. The “curvy fit” at Express is ok, and their jeans are really cheap. I even tried Eddie Bauer jeans and those fit well, but even their “low rise” is high.

Guess, J. Crew and American Eagle were horrible for me. And I’ve heard good things about Buckle, but never had a great experience. They have stuff that fits ok, but not great, like a $100+ pair of jeans should.

I’m starting to think that the best approach is to just get a great tailor and make ok fitting pants fantastic.
