Hi everyone i started working out a year ago with my trainer and he turned me on to this site to look around and just read and try and learn from others but i had a question what kinds of breakfast foods should i be eating in the early morning to help me bulk up i try and eat every 3 hours some kind of clean food with protein along with mass peak (66gprotein 22g glutamine) right after a work out and right before bed and also creatine before the work out.
so please if anyone can help im still a nooby so i hope this is not a dumb question please help thanks
Haha I didn’t notice it came out like that thanks for the reply how should i repair that i mean just blend the 2 whole eggs in with the eggs whites and chug it down? like i said im still a nooby sorry

Actually I have 25g of whey 1/4th of an avocado and 1/2 a banana right when I wake up. 30 minutes later I have the oats,eggs,egg whites although my portions are bigger than what I listed for you to try.
I just scramble the eggs and microwave the oats. Smother the eggs in Frank’s Buffalo Sauce (zero calorie, amazing!) and some pepper and put some splenda/cinnamon on the oats and I’m good to go.
BTW whats with the 22g of glutamine after the workout? Glutamine is pretty much just for gut health, and taking a dose that large immediately post workout is going to be impossible for your body to absorb. If you are going to use that, drop it down to 5-10g and add in 20-40g of carbs either from blended oats or some other carb source.
Im not sure i was told at the store where i got it to use it right after the work out it comes already mixed in with the protein i was told it was good but i never posted on this site about it
Exactly what I have for breakfast. Quick, cheap and easy. Slice the banana up and put in the oatmeal and then follow it up with 6 scrambled eggs done in the microwave.
How big are you? I’ve been doing 6 jumbo eggs with onions, mushrooms and bell peppers and 2 packets instant oatmeal for the past couple of months, but recently switched to 4 jumbo eggs with all that shit and 3 packets instant oats.

OP, Do everything Way says above but it’s gotta be .9 banana. Take the other .1 and smush it up and rub it on your balls, there is a natural compound in the banana that will absorb through your skin and activate more testosterone production. Also this gives you super wood so take it easy on the ladies.
4 whole JUMBO eggs, loaded with onions/green peppers/ham (LOTS of ham to up the protein count… like 4 slices)
2 slices ezekiel bread
1/2 cup of berries on the side
If you want even more protein, add 1/2-1 cup of egg whites

Only once, I made it abundantly clear that the scantily clad babes adorning the T-Nation artciles was just not enough, that if I were to do an article/interview I would need it to be accompanies by completely naked babes. Pretty much my breakfast as well except I go with an omelette. A bit of peanut butter in the oatmeal is also tasty and nutritious addition to your bowl
I second the banana on balls advice - leads to a bit of Scrot-Rot but who gives a fuck about green balls when you’re squatting 100lbs+ and you have hair growing out the crack of your ass like ivy (sure sign of increased testosterone)
