Back/Bi’s(kinda)/Front Squats
It’s moron hour in the afternoon again, so I didn’t have much room to get my shit done. Did a dynamic warmup, then went into it.

Preacher Curl Machine
2x8 <— forearms had a weird pain here, so I called it.
Going to get in some planks now that I’m home and have floor space. Otherwise…

Good session today, but I’m looking forward to speed work tomorrow. Going to be good, methinks.
