Going to See Endocrinologist for PCT After Stopping TRT

Once a month dosing? Oh lord

jimy, as mentioned in one of your other threads, Nolvadex is used by anabolic steroid users and some on TRT to prevent gynecomastia and mastalgia.

Get your protocol fixed before adding anything tbh.

1 Shot a month? Dude research the drug your injecting and in about 10 mins you will realize how fudged up your protocol is and how shitty of a doc you have.

Do people even research themselves or do they trust their doctor for everything? Min numbing painful.

Take ownership of your health man.

I agree man. but what should i do now?

Research and use a better doc or clinic.

Where are you? How old?

If you want to know if low t is your issue? You can go to discountedlabs.com order a test without needing a doctor.

Get the results post them here and we can help you decipher the good and bad. Most can probably give you a general concensus as to what’s happening and if your level of free t is the issue.

Aks what tests before paying.

Age: 30
Recent stupid trt protocol: 8 shots of test cyp 200 mg in the total of 8 months. 1 shot for each month.
Initial test level: 700
test level After the stupid protocol: 586
E2: have not checked yet
body type: muscular. 8 years of professional sport experiences.
reason for trt: Let me be honest with you. at the age of 24 when i was competing, i have been asked to use a variety of steroids. i did it. when i got off of professional sport every thing was good. Almost 9 months ago i felt i am becoming tired so soon and i had lack of ambition and energy. Though those feeling were not that severe, i thought mt test level ,may be low and i checked it. It came out of 700. was told by doc that i am good, i insisted for the reason of enhancing my mood to receive testosterone injection. The doc did it. i did not receive any other drug during this 8 months. No Adex, no hcg. So after the 8 months i ended up of test level of 586 and i am feeling real bad.

After running around in this awesome forum and using your knowledge i am deciding to go for my last shot of test cyp. I am experiencing real bad feeling of excess estrogen in my body like brain fog, hot flash, tingling/needling sensation in my chest and my back and almost all over of my body, panic attack, poor concentration, very week muscle, pain around my chest and puffy shape around my nipples. I did the blood work and its gonna be ready for tomorrow to read. But i am assuming, based on what i am shit feeling, my E2 is on the roof. before to take any thing i wait to see my lab result. I will post it here to get help from you all. but i am thinking for following protocol:

week 1: (Monday: 100 mg of test cyp, 0.25 mg of anastrozole.
Thursday: 100 mg of test cyp, 0.25 mg of anastrozole.)
week 2: ( Monday: 0.25 mg of anastrozole
Thursday: 0.25 mg of anastrozole)

week 3: check my blood for T and E2. If E2 comes back close to 22. Then i am good. If it still stays high then i will go for another two weeks of anastrozole and check it again in the week after.

I am sure E2 will come back close to 22.

Then after two weeks of the date i injected last test cyp, i will go for Nolva for pct.

I need your thoughts on this. so please express any idea you may have.

Thank you all.

That’s the worst protocol possible. Don’t bother. You are going to jack your T through the roof for a few days followed by a gradual decline into crap while simultaneously dealing with a wave of E2 that will take time to subside. A once a month shot of a 7 day ester is medical malpractice.

What is “that” refer to?

Your E2 to come down. And I echo that this is a fucked up protocol for the reasons you have outlined. Your hormones are completely unstable and you are on a roller coaster. You don’t need an AI, you need stability. If you are going to continue try 100mg every 7 days and skip the AI. Do this for 6 weeks and run bloods. Titrate as needed. If you are still feeling the swings then move to twice a week of 50mg.

You now:

You on the protocols Ive outlined:

Thank you for your attention. But what should i do with those bad feeling of excess estrogen?
What is Titrate that you mentioned?
By the way, the size of my testicles are okay. But i feel the size of my penis is kinda decreasing. Not sure if i am overthinking about that or that shit is really happening?

Test won’t have any effect on penis size. Your testicles don’t shrink because they’re only shutting down for maybe a week at a time. If that. Do some labs. Total T, free T, E2, SHBG just for the heck of it. Get a full picture, and go see a decent doc, the one you’re going to is dangerous.

Any knowledgeable doctor you know in my area?
i am based on Missouri.

T-cypionate takes 5 half lives in order to build up in your system and levels become stable at 6 weeks, so doing labs at week #3 at a time when levels are unstable is a waste of money because doing labs this early will not be a true representation of your levels

You cannot got to just any doctor for your TRT, most are dumb and usually prescribe insane infrequent injection schedules 2-4 weeks which is what the guidelines state. Whoever wrote these guideline deserves some kind of village idiot of the year award.

It’s hard to fathom you went 8 months on a once monthly protocol most would have tapped out after only 1-2 injections. Your levels had to be 100-200 right before your next monthly injection.

There is trt clinic based on mid west. Their name is Mantality health. do you think asking help from them would be a good idea in this issue?

I was wondering when @systemlord was going to chime in. LOL. I think that at this point, that last shot will be sufficiently gone from your system to avoid skewing the numbers. Probably.
I do not know anyone in Missouri. Google endocrinologists in your area and look for someone who specializes in TRT or HRT. It might be a woman, don’t let that put you off. Read the reviews and what they say on their website. You want someone that actually does TRT as a primary service. Or, you could call Defy, they have a lot of customers on here.

Cut through all the BS and go to a popular telemedicine clinic, I went with a number one rate clinic ~ Defy Medical. Smart fu**cking doctors!

You could also contact pharmacies in your area for a list of good TRT doctors. If you’re looking for a doctor under your insurance, stop now because it’s more than likely not happening.

Man i check them website. They are costly as hell. Any other affordable doc?

LOL. What is your insurance? Go look at who is listed. There are actual decent endos sometimes.
