No where in WS4SB are there any O-lifts, which I was doing before and still want to do.
So should I just insert them into dynamic lower body day?[/quote]
If you’re doing mainly a westside routine, the olympic lifts are not welcome. Me personally, my currnet routine right now involves an olympic lift, followed by a tye of squat, followed by a posterior chain dominant exercise, followed by upper body and core stuff. My training split is the “heavy ligh medium method” from Bill Starr, which has been used by several oldtime strongmen…
It’s either Westside, or an oly lifting focused program.
