Having serious back spasms after saturday’s heavy squat work. Taking deadlifts off this week and swam 8 laps in the pool tonight. Hopefully squatting straps up saturday will take some of the stress off the low back.

Spasms are slightly improving. Went to the gym yesterday and did what didn’t hurt.
