Thanks mate, I’ve had a decent year, been very consistent,missed only a handful of workouts and remained injury free. I reckon that’s due to only pushing it when shit feels good, not because I think I have to,and not to absolute max all the time. It’s been nice not chasing numbers.
I do however look a shit ton better than a year ago,
