Walked 3k’s last night and this morning, missed a couple of days due to it pissing with rain.
Went to the local Foodland and and bought a heap of stuff. For morning and arvo snack/meal I’ve cooked up a batch of beef mince with mushrooms, carrots, red capsicum and a heap of rice with a rich beefy mince sauce through it, tastes bloody awesome.
For lunch I will stick to my beef mince with red kidney beans, tomato, sweet potato and rice all with a bit of a bolognaise base to make it tasty. For T it will be whatever we come up with, usually I’ll have Butter Chicken if the Mrs is eating shit from a drive through.
