I was going to join the hilarity directed at GHF, but after reading about Sasquatch’s experience with him I’m going to hold back because I’m terrified that GHF is going swim down to New Zealand and break me in half with his 20" arms.
His enthusiasm was admirable, but the oxymoronic stance against juice while posting pics of guys who where notorious for not wanting too much blood in their drugstream was just ridiculous. He jumped the shark there.

In looking at his posting in total though, his ‘enthusiasm’ carries less weight. He wanted to appear a certain way. I can’t verify that any of his rhetoric was in fact truth. Anyone can portray an animal on the net, and ultimately, that was his downfall. The high always had to be higher for him. So in order to maintain his ‘enthusiasm’ he became his own caricature.
I could rip off some immense workout on paper. But his attempted dissertation about stress proved his knowlege to be psuedo at best.
