Favre’s last stand vs. the Machine from Boston would be an awesome Super Bowl, and would make up for the three straight dog-shit SB’s to which we’ve been subjected.
The last two especially were the sloppiest, ugliest snooze-fests that I can ever recall sitting through.
The Pack has to win for two reasons:

I think my head would explode if I had to listen to the two-week long orgasm the sports media would have over a NY vs. Boston Super Bowl, and
-
The Giants would turn the Super Bowl into nothing more than a three-and-a-half hour coronation ceremony for the Pats. The Packers would at least have a shot at winning it.
tGunslinger, I understand were you are coming from, but it would be so funny if the Giants beat the Packs. Because they would have had the last laugh at all the nay sayers and made to the Super Bowl as a wild card team.

God I’m shocked, the giants with all the odds against them in every game just find ways to win. Nobody ever expects them to win, but they do. Nobody is going to expect them to be even close to beating NE-I don’t- but I wont be surprised if they shock the world one more time.
