Well then if that statement is true, is it safe to assume you cant absorb anything in pill form? It is easier to absorb a liquid multi than a pill form. But there are pill forms of multi-vitamins that are pretty highly absorbed by your body. I do not question the absorption of multi-vitamins, but I question how much of these vitamins our body is able to utilize.
i just went with the Centrum chewables, i was at Target grabbing some metamucil pills and ended up just grabbing those for 8 bucks along with calcium supps and and flax oil
I noticed that Centrum has artificial colors. Anyone know a cheap multi you can buy from the store that don’t got them besides the GNC Mega Men?
