Glutes Growing Too Fast

I find it discouraging that so many people initially thought the OP was just fat. I’ve had single digit bodyfat for almost 2 years after growing up a fatty and I have a big butt, so I’d like to ask the opinion of people here: do you think going from fat to skinny can result in big glutes? OP: were you fat before?

I’ll commend this poster for asking his question the “right” way. Instead of coming on here and saying his ass is “too big” and querying how can he shrink it (like I’ve seen some posters do in the past) he asks how can put more focus on his legs and deemphasize the glutes so he can develop proportion. Well done. The aforementioned example is a BIG pet peeve of mine.

A paraphrased post example from other idiots that need to be slapped upside the head: I’ve actually had success developing one body part, but now I want to shrink it and piss a lot of my hard work down the toilet because I’m a mental midget. Instead of focusing on how I can grow other body parts to be proportionate to the one area I’ve had success, I’d rather become smaller again.

I want to strangle anyone who asks these nonsensical questions.

Before I got fat I had a tiny butt (hips about 34 inches to a 24 inch waist) and then I packed on a bunch of fat. After losing the fat and with a 24.5 inch waist my hip measurement is 37-38 inches. But it probably has more to do with how I lost the fat with squats and sprints rather than the fat itself. But who knows.

Glutes are what separates the men from the boys. Sometimes I do a double-take on people when I realize they have no ass ^^

I think that people just aren’t used to seeing people with glutes. If they get big from squatting and deadlifting, then I’d argue that that’s the way nature intended them to be for us to perform optimally.

my brother had the same thing, he pretty much jst kept doing the same thing and then his ass stopped growing now he has big legs so its a good thing. The girlys all love to look at guys asses too so man you stand out.

Dont pre exhaust with leg extensions, do top 1/4 or 1/2 squats from pins first to really get quads going.
