Hi CT, I just wanted to know if it is true that the gluten in cereals and dairy products can potentially reduce your muscle gains? Do we have to stop eating all food containing Gluten ??

Some people can die by eating a peanut, does that mean everyone should avoid peanuts?
Well somebody told me that almost everybody have a Gluten allergy without even knowing it and I didn’t really mean to say to stop eating about everything, but I want to know how much it can affect muscle gain.

It’s more along the lines of 40% of people. If you can’t digest it and it damages your gut lining then you’ll be wasting protein constantly repairing it, you’ll absorb fewer nutrients and you’ll probably have higher cortisol.
Okay, and how do you know if you’re allergic or not ?
Do some research on celiac disease.
