Glutamine Question

What’s up, T-Men! I have taken glutamine at different times, using different dosages for the past year or so. In the past I don’t think I knew my body well enough yet to really feel subtle changes. But, I am slowly observing things more closely. I just started taking glutamine again, using dosage/timing patterns described by Dr. Serrano (.17g/kg before and after training). I personally feel that this time around I have noticed somewhat higher energy levels during training, longer stamina and what I think is quicker recovery. However, it seems that most guys (on this forum anyway) do not find the supplement of value. It is a very expensive supplement, so you might consider it a waste of money and might want to purchase some other more proven goodies.
