I currently take a Glucosamine/Chondroitin supplement that I find very helpful in maintaining a good feeling in my joints.
Unless I misunderstood the long Flameout thread, this product has a similar effect. I am interested in trying it out, should I incorporate it into my daily pill regimen or can I drop the Glocosamine and Chondroitin and take Flameout instead?
Sorry if this has been answered somewhere else, I read most of the ten page thread and did a search the other day.
