^^ any dr who would conduct an infield amputation on his own time is all kinds of fucked. honestly i see where he may have felt it was necessary. But everything about that is so illegal i dont know what to say.
I totally agree. He should have called 911 and let the fire-rescue perform an extrication using their equipment.
Even if she would have died?
Medical rational does not work in the legal field DD.

I get that. But if you were in his situation, you’d let her die?

Not a kid said that earlier and honestly wouldnt let an adult either. Medicine is all I have ever done as an adult just sucks the land we live in sometime.

^ agree with DJ on how it sucks sometimes. personally i dont know how to amputate anyways but i honestly believe there would have been a way to do something until EMS arrived other than amputate. granted hes the dr so maybe it was a last ditch effort, but either way he shouldnt have those tools in his trunk regardless.

If it were a child rules take a backseat do what you gotta do. granted i would probably want to to the same for an adult, but emotions run differently when its a child. theyve never done wrong by anyone.
