Those sets where all to complete failure tonight. feel ill after it, have to go get shopping in, had a chippy today -.- Im sure that didnt help much for stamina.

pulled the weight over my head myself, think its called a snatch not sure, cant get it into a full military press, but managed to push it over my head for each set.

felt good today, but as usual those big exercises wreck you. Want to full failure on most sets, the ones i didnt i was maybe half a rep to a struggling full rep off. On the eggs now, taking them as part of my protein shakes, very good for bulking up.
