He did The Island. I am still holding a grudge for that $7.50. Hopefully I will be over that by the time this comes out.

All right, first off: I did not read this script. It was not sent to me by anyone I know (or e-know).
My weird and totally hypothetical cousin Smacky, however, did read it and he passed along this spoiler-free review.
Overall, a B-Plus.
Here’s what Smacky liked about it:
There was a LOT of action, which is
the thing that’s gonna make or break this flick.
Great moments with the Transformers you loved as a kid. They are written as super-fucking-cool and noble, especially Optimus. He comes off as the biggest, baddest–but wisest–warrior king ever. If every kid that sees this doesn’t wanna be Optimus for Halloween, I’ll shit in a skillet.
Smacky also liked the tone. It’s light-hearted and fun, without being campy or fluffy. Plus, they got great actors who I can see pulling this off perfectly: John Turturro as a secret agent/scientist type, Jon Voight as the Sec. of Defense, Shia LeBeouf as Sam Witwicky, and Josh Duhamel from NBC’s “Las Vegas” as the soldier guy.
Here’s what Smacky didn’t like: NOT ENOUGH DECEPTICONS! Megatron only shows up at the end, and Starscream doesn’t have any lines. What the fuck?!
Most of the film, the bad guy (Smacky calls him the ‘level boss’, but he’s a dork) is Brawl, a police car.
Also, remember the phrase “more than meets the eye”? Well, the screenwriters sure did, cuz it appears three times. We get it, guys: they’re robots in disguise.
Oh, wait…Smacky forgot: Bumblebee kicks much ass. Is he comic relief? Yes, but he always was; that’s his job. But…they give the little yellow bastard some serious screen time and he gets to be a real hero throughout the film.
If–and it’s a big if–they can get wht they’ve got on paper onto the celluloid, then Smacky whole-heartedly gives this film his seal of approval.
