I recently injured myself while lifting. Torn supraspinatus rotator cuff tendon, torn pectoralis minor and a slightly torn bicep. The rotator cuff tear wasn’t a complete thickness tear, so I didn’t require any surgery.
Anyways, I was already running 150mcg GHRP-6 before the injury. After the injury I upped the dose to 200mcg daily, sub Q, split into 3 injections. (AM, PM, and PWO). I am very impressed with my recovery so far, my doctor has also made it clear that she is very surprised at my recovery progress and speed so far. I recommend anyone with an injury to add GHRP to their program, as it is far more cost effective and attainable than HGH, and I personally feel it is having a positive effect on recovery.
One month to the day after the injury I dead lifted 500 again.
Granted the torn tendon isn’t directly supportive of the deadlift, but it was completely painless. (couldn’t hold a grocery bag after the tear without pain)
My bicep was a little tight but no pain on the lift, I also am now training biceps without restriction.
I am doing light bench press and shoulder work. Little to no pain, however I don’t think it wise to begin jumping to heavy weights on these exercises yet.
It’s also important to note I have been undergoing a complete rehab regimen.
Just my experience with GHRP, take it for what you will.
Thanks for input, please keep this thread updated as I’m sure many of us have an interest in the potential healing properties. Just be careful, I hope to hear good news in the future.
It’s great to hear you are recovering so quick! Any info on GHRP helping to recover from bone injuries? My brother just broke his heel bone in one leg and his tib/fib in the other!
