I had an injury a year ago and was diagnosed with torn ACL and miniscus and tendonitis in left knee. Although it has healed and almost 100 percent it still aches and feels weaker even after months of training.
To anyone who has used this or knows anything about it , will this help compensate for the injury or should I continue using these joint and tendon formulas I feel do nothing for me. My doctor tells me to ice it after training but thats not enuff for me as squats sprinting etc are hard and the impact is hard on the knee.
