Back was feeling okay, so i decided to go with my planned session of a 1rm off of the same box height ive used the last two weeks.

I wanted to try these for a ME movement in a couple weeks time, so I decided to test run them as an assistance exercise today. The piece of foam i used was about the thickness of a 1.5 board.

It is very hot here today. Weight room was crazy humid. I took that as a challenge, and flew through my DE Lower workout. the whole thing felt like conditioning. Back held up well though, everything moved light and fast.
