Gotta do something about this.
Are you doing 5/3/1 completely? Like, not doing something different for your squat?
Also, is that a squat gain at all? Just thinking it might be okay to not do 5/3/1 for your squat if it isn’t helping.

My bench doesn’t really suffer or drop with my weight. Pretty weird. I’m also not intentionally skinny anymore! I’m trying to fill out the 198’s again.
Last few sessions. Been really working on firming and toning. Trying to get my arms on par with the first lady’s.

I used to prefer the old weight classes because for the longest time my body was stuck at about 242, then I had my meet and didn’t train an added about another 5kg of body weight so I’m prettty much right under the 120kg weight class right now

I can’t believe they toss everyone over 120 in together now, talk about casting a wide net.
Current plans:
Push/pull on Feb 9th
Full Power on April 20th
both raw.

It’s the only reason why I’d never go up to shw. I think there logic is flawed in that. To me their logic is 120 you can’t get any strong you just get fatter
I don’t like how it’s like 138lbs or 158lbs for me. That’s a pretty big range for womenz! Im right around 145 so the old 148 would be awesome !

120+ blows my mind, but as for the other weight classes, can’t really say I mind them. I never competing with the old ones…
Also, what is this push pull?

If I were that close to the middle, at felt comfy at my weight…I’d probably just stick with it?

I don’t think it’s bee announced yet. Or, if it has, it’s only been announced as a bench only. We’re trying to get them to do it as a push/pull instead. I think it’s at crossfit fredricton or something?
