Getting the 'Power Look'

I don’t think people need to overthink this so hard.

Personally I think deads t bar rows and the other various back moves I do are more than enough for my trap development. Professor is a fan of shrugs I know that. The bottom line is I don’t think either of us are using the same weights on OUR key exercises for that bodypart as we were when we started. If I had stayed with 185-225 lb rack deads and not gone up to the 400-500 range it wouldn’t matter how many sets or reps I did. I’m sure PX can handle double triple or whatever weights on shrugs than he could in the beginning.

To get the power look, you need to develop power in whatever exercises you feel are most important for you and fit into your training schedule.
