leg press 4x6 430 (4 plates and a 35 on each side) I fucked up the math for my previous workouts. i went back and changed it

incline BP 5x4 first set 175, next 4 sets were 165

tricep ext 5x4 90 these felt light

flat DB BP 5x5 70 these were easy too

shoulders 5x4 55 last set 8 reps. I finally remembered what these were called, DB shoulder press, but i like the name shoulders instead so…

great day except for my bench press. i almost didnt go to the gym cause its valentines day…just kidding. no gym tomorrow cause its closed. deadlifts tuesday!!!

2/17/10 pull

deadlift 3x4 360 this felt pretty light again, but my grip failed over and over again for whatever reason.

it was probably one of my best workouts since i started this log, if not ever. i wanted to add weight to everything. i think the metabolic workout fuel works. Well. thanks dave.

2/26/10 push

front squat 2x4 305 I was on my 3rd set, last rep. I came out of the whole and I felt vomit coming up through my throat. I manage to get one side of the bar back on the rack but my friend had to help me fully rerack it. I try the same weight again next week.

I been eating like a bitch recently. not enough calories from good food. not enough rest either. i look small when i wake up in the morning. i hate mediocrity.

i accidentally went to the gym 3 days in a row. i realized this half way through my BB curl, when i started feeling weak.
