Getting Rid of Little Baby Tire Ring

i’ve read of people using nicolean and it actually working. They ran it on only one side and noticed a difference.

There’s no such thing as fat ‘spot reduction’. You’re as lean as I am and I have the same ‘baby spare tire’. You just aren’t lean enough.

Some claim a very low carb diet will target that area.

Another vote for “you are not as lean as you think”. Everyone stores and loses fat in different ways. I have a 4-pack but huge love handles right now (waist at biggest point is 36 inches!). It’s genetic and you might never be able to lose them, sorry.

I wrestled in high school (10 years ago) at 125 (I’m 160s now). I was completely ripped but still had love handles a little. I’m not sure I’ll ever lose them completely. I would recommend not getting hung up on it and just be happy you’re healthy, but I’m sure that isn’t the answer you want.

Have you heard of Yohimburn? Or similar transdermals? I have a bottle of the stuff from 5 years or so ago. I am very pessimistic on supplements. I have tried tons but I can only think of maybe 3 or 4 that worked. Yohimburn is no different, I didn’t notice anything but I could be wrong. A lot of people think its great. Check it out.

Edit:
I didn’t see your real pics last time. Dude, you don’t have love handles at all. LOL. Chances are in 10 years you will pray to get back to the leanness you are now. Lose that last little bit will be very hard and possibly nor worth the effort. Some of it looks like water. Since you wrestled you probably know you can lose that water like nothing. I’d cut 10lbs before each meet just to make weight and it makes a huge difference in looks but even more in how shitty you feel. Measure around your waist then hit the sauna for a while and measure again, you’ll lose an inch I’m betting.

yeah i know its gonna be hard, but i fell it takes away alot from my physique…
i guess its justa little pet peeve of mine
im still gonna try
i live in ohio theres nothing better to do

Do you still weigh 190? I really have the exact same ab def as you right now and am struggling with the same problem at about 165! And I like to think I’ve held on to substantial muscle.

Thing is, I don’t know how I can cut calories for much longer without losing muscle.

How many calories are you ingesting at the moment?

And good luck whatever you decide to do my friend.

yeh well right now im on vacation so i havent gotten to start yet.right now im probably working on like 3000 cals a day but i plan on my return getting back to a more normal for me 2000-2250 cals.

im working on losing this ring as well as losing some other muscle mass to get a more fit college soccer body.

wrestling body does not help soccer speed
