standing tri pressdowns whole bunchx10, a little more x10

dips with 2, 20 lb chains around neck 3 sets of 10

bw chins 3x8

60x10x3 on the reverse hyper. Brand new equipment, first time ever using it. My new favorite!

Loved how you ground out that squat. Lots of people would ahve folded up on it.

Not this time, my next meet is the Woman’s ProAm in Cinncinati in April. I do want to make over to Brute’s someday. Good luck !

Squats 155x10, 205x8, 245x6, 2956, 335x5, 385x3x2 still feeling the effects from Sat.

Front squats 225x5, 275x3x2

GHR 4x10

reverse hypers 115x8x4

I swear my lower body is older than the upper…feels that way anyhow.

It was supposed to be a speed day, but had both my sons with me, and it became a contest on who could pee on the most fire hydrants.

Dad is still beat up from last Sat. The 22 yr old weighs about 175 and 100 of that is mouth. The oldest son is 27, and his deadlift is better than ours…and he reminds you of this fact every 10 minutes. I try to stay out of this testosterone triangle, but they insist on pulling me in. The constant, you mad bro?..Come at me bro! You suck…noo, YOU suck! These boys keep it up from the time we leave the house till after dinner.

It’s like having front row seats at a comedy club! I think I lifted some weight in here somewhere…not sure. Going to rest up till Monday, and spend the weekend watching the boys figure out the pecking order.

Upper body ME day. 135x10, 185x8, 225x6, 275x4. Everything after this was a two board press.

pulls withe our new Texas DL bar, 225x5, 315x5, 385x5, 405x4

reverse hyper 4 sets of 10

Felt strong all night, going to do an SPF meet here in the Raleigh area next weekend, so I left some in the tank.

Solid work there on the squats and pulls grey, had to look up the Texas DL bar to see what that was about.

198 50-54 raw, might crossover and enter the open also.

Led…6 months ago, I didn’t know there was a bar just for pulling either…they are awesome!

Thanks Joe. I was one of those late bloomers. Routinely carded until my early 30’s…it tic’d me off. It’s worked in my favor as I’ve gotten older. I tell people that I don’t out lift anyone, I just outlast them.
