It seems like people always underestimate their BF%… so if he saying he’s 16% then he’s probably more than that… So yeah he’s probably fat (not obese but fat)

Also, OP as a PT you should probably be able to knock off 6 pct body fat in less than a month. You’re in the gym enough, you should know enough about diet, and I hope to god you know enough about exercise. Do work

To sum it up:
-you’re ‘fat’
-you still go to school
-you’re semi-involved with ‘fitness’
-you have a girlfriend
-you’re an attention whore

You’re not a man, no, sirrah, you’re a whelp. No problem, though, you’re still young and will learn the true way of things.

In the meantime, here’s a surefire way that helps you get ripped in no time:

  1. If you’re like the brunt of population, break up with your girl. There goes the easy pussy access (you don’t come across as someone being sure enough to easily get laid, regardless of body composition).

  2. Without sex when and how you want it, your sac is starting so swell.

  3. Being not confident enough, will let you take the usual way: body recomposition to appeal to the opposite sex. It’s easy and it works. Your heavy sac will be enough motivation to keep you on track.
