Getting Hypermetabolic with the Perfect Rep

Maybe I’m just making this more complicated than it needs to be, but I thought I’d ask…

Would the “heavy” work in Thib’s Hypermetabolic workout simply use the heavier end of the max force spectrum? Would you just ramp up with a heavier weight and then follow that up with ramping at the lighter end?

On “Heavy” days I would ramp as described in the Perfect Rep article. Not sure what you mean by “follow that up with ramping at the lighter end?”
