I will be starting my d-bol , tren cycle this week and want to get as big as possible during this cycle.My question is what weight program and nutrition program do u guys reccomend for getting big (muscle weight ) in the shortest amount of time possible.
Why wouldn’t you build a good base, learn about proper nutrition, training techniques and steroid use, then start a cycle. Once you have enough of your own knowledge, you may find that the person that was giving you training/nutritional/steroid advice is a moron.
For a start your cycle seems a bit dubious. I would recommend adding test to the mix. If you want advice on that post in the steroid section.
But as for diet well just do the same as you would normally for bulking except that you can probably go up to 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight because you will be more able to utilise the extra protein. And then increase you carbs proportionally to get ratio PCF 30/40/30. Try and keep it clean to limit fat gains but steroids are alot more forgiving with regard to diet.
