hey everyone, would appreciate some feedback
now, I’ve always been told that to maximise your fat loss and metabolism etc, its better to have some form/lots of caffeine, and that fat loss tablets have lots of caffeine (correct me if Im wrong)
now, I absolutely hate coffee during the day, and only drink it as a social thing at night,
I used to drink diet coke, and a moderate amount of green tea, but no brown teas,
One of my friends thought I was addicted to caffeine due to having 3 -4 cans of diet coke a day, and said that I couldn’t stop and I would have withdrawal symptons such as head aches and shaking and that I would eventually reach my goal but fail the first few times,
so I made a friendly bet that I would have no problems and that I could do it without any hesitation, and I went 18 months without a sip of coke, coffee, energy drinks, tea, green tea,
now Ive been and back from holidays and trying to focus on fat loss since I got back a week ago,
so how would you guys recommend caffeiene into the diet or do I even need it,
the only requirement I have is absolutely no caffeine in the morning, or first 3 hours of the day, I usually train 3 hours after I get up.
