This guy reminds me of a hipster. But older. And not in touch with the T Nation community at all. Chris, the pump blitz blast tone thing got me too. That’s a program you wrote, right? And it involves a thigh master, total gym, and shake weight? Because that’s what writers on this site promote, right?

I spent the first 2:45 trying to guess if this was going to be a joke/parody or not. I guessed wrong…
Holy Shit! Holy Shit! That the funniest damn video I’ve seen in a while. Are you shittin" me?!! My dog when I grew up used to have a blast playing with sticks and he was jacked as hell. I’m glad to see that someone finally made the equivalent for humans. Seriously though, I looked that thing up and it is over $200 for some rubber tubing!!

Yes, you can even get a VIPR certification.

Thats absurd LOL…
one question though, can you attach weight plates or similar to it? ( because it looks similar to some type of barbell they have used on strongman events )

From what I could tell, they are set at a certain weight because they sold different models that were all weighted differently. So to answer your question, it seems they are as worthless as they appear. I could be wrong, though, as I only spent a few minutes on their site and wss laughing the whole time.

I checked it out and they have a fixed weight( 4kg - 20kg ).
Probably the most gimmicky thing for a long time LOL.

Yeah that’s the log lol. Way cooler training implement than the vipr/douchepipe
Yeah apparently people have been getting jacked from ‘old skool’ training for thousands of years even before whey protien was invented. Its absolutely insane.
