Get HRX if your country allows.

Get HOT-ROX Extreme. I just started taking it myself. Does everything the article claims…increased energy, mood elevation, and preservation of muscle (due to the Carbolin 19). You get amazing energy and you will be so happy. If you diet is in check and you are in complete control of what you do, I say take it. And yes…you’ll get ripped.

I only take normal HOT-ROX, and it hasn’t done much for me. all the caffiene does give me energy, but that is about it. i’m on a month and a half and have had no significant fat loss.

anytime i have lost fat i have done so because i upped my cardio, and that burns fat without HOT-ROX.

maybe the Extreme is the missing link.

Or your diet.

If you don’t cut enough calories, it won’t matter how much HOT-ROX you use.

my diet is pretty tight. cutting calories and excercising burns weight with or without HOT-ROX. if HOT-ROX only works when you would be burning fat anyways, it seems pretty worthless to me.

maybe if i was fat and needed to lose lots of weight it would help, but being in shape already, it seems as if HOT-ROX is an ice cube in the ocean. or something.

that is like telling a guy that taking a sugar pill will grow muscles, but only if you use it with a consistent weight training program because the program triggers the chemicals needed to use the sugar to grow muscles.

I agree.

If you’re not losing fat, it due to your diet.

Effective fat-loss supplements like Hot-Rox are not going to do much if your still eating too much regardless of how “tight” your diet is.

The reason to use them is because they accelerate fat loss and help preserve muscle mass.
