Get Shredded Diet Questions

i skipped my last meal yesterday. I was friggin’ hungry, though. I made sure of it, because I threw away my last meal so I wouldn’t be able to eat it!! I might be jumping the gun a little, but I’ve gained half a pound in the last four days. No measurements yet, so maybe that’s not a bad thing per se, but it can be a bit discouraging on the surface.

Anyway, yesterday was a non-training day so I decided to dump the last meal. I do, however, take an extra dose of creatine and BCAA in place of the skipped meal. I should have access to a tape later on tonight, so I can check the ol’ waist measurement.

dont let it put u down, when i was on it i actually leveled out at 180, than a week later i was up to 182 but definitely not fat or anything…ur weight is always fluctuating, and the measurements will help guide u in the right direction…if i were u, id only weigh myself every 2 weeks or so, good luck

I plan on doing the GSD too, as soon as my bulking phase ends. I was wondering what kind of training programs are you guys under the GSD doing. I was thinking 10x3 For Fat Loss by CW, will that be a good one?

Did any of you guys count the calories of the bcaa/creatine drink in the counts for the day? Do 5g of bcaa = 20 calories (5g of protein)? Does creatine have any calories in it?

Hey, this is my first time on the diet and I’m having great results. I’m on just my 3rd-4th wk. I want to know if once i reach the body fat percentage i want, will eating at about maintenance , keep me in that state?

I know once i start bringing carbs back in this it’ll retain some water but do u guys know how long that’ll be? And if i still have to continue with the diet once i’ve reached my goal just to maintain that state, thanks.

Read Berardi’s article entitled get unshredded for coming off the get shredded diet. I did this diet for 4 weeks last year with fantastic results and I am doing it again. I am in my second week and seeing great results. Looking forward to 6 to 8 more weeks of progress!

i dont know if its just me but taking bcaa’s makes me unable to sleep
