Get Out of Tickets, Will This Work?

Ok a friend of mine has tons of tickets he didnt pay, he is positive if he gets pulled over he ll be arrested haha.

Anyways here is the funny part that he is doing and I am wondering if this ll work his license and plates on the car right now are from new jersey, because he has relatives down south somewhere florida or georgia he is getting their license and registering the car there so he ll have their plates, but he ll still be driving around here if only for about 4-5 months.

He figures even they pull him over they wont be able to do anything because the tickets are on a diff license number and on different plates and they wont know who he is when they do pull him over. Seems a little strange to me but hey if it works good for him. Will this work?

Your friend’s a dumbass. Your driving record follows you everywhere, regardless of what state issued you your driver’s license. The only way that will work is if he gets lucky and somehow his tickets get lost in the computer system (highly unlikely). Tell him to pay his tickets and quit being an irresponsible idiot!

If he gets stopped they will have his name on his license which is attached to the old license plate and will be arrested.

Not too bright there is he?

Uhha just as I thought, figured he is screwed.

I object. There was no actual thought involved.

^totaly missed that. ???

just tell him to blow the officer that pulls him over…problem solved

i concur that your friend is a dumbass …

but …

some states do not have reciprocity … meaning that some of them don’t give a shit what the other ones do or think … so sometimes they do not communicate or do a poor job of it … it may depend on the severity of the tickets … and if anywhere this is likely, it is in the backwards south … it used to be true between kansas and missouri, because kansas kicked ass and missourah was retarded

What the hell do license plates have to do with them not knowing who he is? It’s his name on his driver’s license that will pop the red flag, as that is how tickets are registered. Think about it; have you ever heard of anyone ever having alot of tickets in one car and to avoid driving illegally, just switched cars? It makes no sense whatsoever.

The license plate of the car that he happens to be driving when a ticket is issued is written on the ticket, but is only incidental information. If he wants to drive around without his license and lie about his identity, he better be one hell of a good con man, or he is in for a whole other world of shit.

That is exactly how nitwits end up behind bars. Too much thought and energy focused on doing something wrong instead of just doing something right.

HMM? Pay tickets and not have to worry, or break more laws so that when you do get caught, the problems are compounded?

Choices, Choices!

If he has tickets he hasn’t paid then his license is probably already suspended.

There’s a couple things he could do when pulled over…

Option 1 (If speeding)
Yes, officer, I know I was speeding, but did you see how the son of a bitch was driving back there? I didn’t want to get hit

Option 2
I know, you want to sell me tickets to one of the state police officers’ state balls.

Response:
State police officers don’t have balls… (awkward silence)

You drive off

Finally,
That is a terrible idea of that guy. If he doesn’t pay tickets, he’ll probably have a warrant out for his arrest eventually, if not already, and they’ll just nab him due to having a record on his license.
