  1. Strict Press - 205 x 1 PR, 210 x 1 PR
  2. Axle, Log, DB Press Medley - Set 1 - 215 x 1, 180 x 1, 120 x 1 each. Set 2 - 215 x 1, 210 x 1, 120 x 1 each. Set 3 - same as set 2 but did two rotations.
  3. Viper Log - 230 x 2 reps
  4. DB - 120 x 6 on right in 20s, then 5 reps on left in 20s
    5a. Incline DB Row - 90’s x 4 sets x 6 reps
    5b. Chain Flyes - 60’s x 3 sets x 10, 8, 6 reps
