Get Jacked Fast, Week 9/10 Question


This program has been great so far and I have already lost about 7% bodyfat, just had a quick question heading into week 9. In Phase 3 monday and tuesday involves 2 strength training workouts per day, I was wondering if I should have the full postworkout shake twice per day, after both workouts?

Same goes for the pre-workout shake, should that be taken twice a day too??
