Get Huge Cycle Help

Hey y’all what’s a good cycle you can do to get size. Took some Dbol and Test E at 250mg 2x a week followed by 4 weeks of Nolva. Got some size and strength, more strength than anything. Looking to broaden my horizon. Let me know! Thankyou!

Without any info, we can only call different names of different steroids with no point.

The term “yoked” is usually used to describe having a big neck and traps.

I personally experience dramatic growth in my traps and neck whenever I add NPP to a cycle.

And, of course, heavy deadlifts, farmer carries, and overhead presses are mandatory, if you want traps.

And, you know you have to eat big to gain muscle quickly.

So, my answer to your question……

Drugs: A test base + NPP. Test amount will depend on what you have found to be an optimal base for you (200/wk, 300/wk, whatever). NPP starting at 200/wk until you see how you tolerate it, then the option to increase from there.

Training: The most impactful statement I ever heard about the “yoked” look was by Brian Alsruhe “Have you ever seen a reputable strongman competitor that was not yoked? It’s because they carry really heavy stuff every time they train”

Food: As you prolly already know, if size is your primary goal, you gotta eat, at the very least, 18xBW in calories.

Don’t have pictures currently,

Deadlift: 515
Squat: 495
Bench: 315
BW: 195

Lost a lot of muscle size and definition, had to take a bunch of time off from illness.

You have a phone with a camera. Taking and uploading a pic would take you the same amount of time that you spent on writing that you dont have any pictures.

Anyways, why are those important? Well… mostly to see if there is any potential so there would be a point to suggest some specific cycle.
You seem not to understand that there are no specific formulas that just get everyone “yoked” whatever the fuck that means. If there were, this forum wouldnt exist, we would all just do the ONE cycle and all be standing in line for first place Olympia titles.

Steroids dont create muscle from good wishes. They optimize the process you are in, and when we see some pics, we can see IF there is any process to optimize, because contrary to a popular belief, if there is nothing to work with, steroids wont do shit.
Most people dont have the genetics to ever need a huge cycle because they could gain 90% of their lifetime drug-abuse potential with 500mgs of test. Adding 3 grams of every other available drug would give them extra 10% and 200% of health hazards.
So if you are looking into serious cycles, the fact that you didnt spend 5 seconds to make pictures makes me think that you are good with test only.
Also, i strongly believe that if there is something to show, people do have pictures of themselves already. No way in hell in modern era, a guy who is taking steroids, and looks jacked would never have taken a selfie to send to some chick or whatever.
Most people who take lots of steroids dont have anything to show for it, and it is ok - its not their fault mostly. But if that is the case, there is no point in stacking different drugs to add some 5-10% to that crappy look they will always have.

Judging by how you asked the question - “cycle to get completely yoked” kinda tells me you dont understand that you get “completely yoked” doing 30 cycles in 10 years, not A CYCLE… unless you have god-like genetics, that one cycle wont change much for others to actually notice.

It was just sarcasm lol, I’m just trying to put on size and asking for a recommendation if there’s something I can take with test to help.

We’re you happy with the results from the last test/dbol cycle? You could always run the same test again and this time try a different oral, maybe something like anadrol or tbol :man_shrugging:

Well you can take test and add absolutely any other steroid there is…

Test/nand and then cruise for six months. Or up the test. Or test/EQ. Or test/primo/nand. Or test/anadrol. Or…you get the idea.

IMO - any steroid can build the most muscle you can gain, and also the least. Its more about what YOU do and less about the drugs.
When i did my last blast i just added and added stuff, but the speed at which my weight went up actually never changed whether it was a start at 2 compounds or 5 at the end.
If its not the first cycle or if a person is not undertrained, i believe that steroids just enable you to continue progress, not really speed it up.
The speeding up works only if you havent been training much before you took em, in which case you should take steroids anyway.

This depends on the level of training behind your belt. A newb/intermediate lifter who hops on will skyrocket in size and strength. The newb will probably snap his shit up as he will injure himself following very rapid strength gain…

Going from benching 95lbs to 225 for reps in three months is a recipe for disaster

The advanced lifter who has either stalled and/or requires three months of training just to add 5lbs to his bench will benefit from AAS, but it’ll be akin to gaining at the rate at which he gained when he just started training less he uses really strong shit like tren, anadrol, nandrolone etc.
