I understand the redundancy of naming the title of the topic the same as that of the whole section of the forums, but I want to boil it down to brief overviews. Meaning I hurt my shoulder and have no idea what to do with myself with the time that I used to spend in gym relate activities, such as that extra shower of the time spent driving to the gym, or even the time spent lifting weights.
So inform me, what do you do when not lifting, sitting around on the forums or working. I guess I will start it up with having sex and watching TV. Oh, eating I love eating, but even that seems less fantastic without the weightlifting. So please give me ideas to get through this month.
When I’m not in class or on this site, I usually browse the Internet, bullshit around, watch TV, play videogames, play intramural football or softball, work on assignments, among other things
I am still training legs, in fact a few days ago I had the best leg workout of my life . . . so far, but you can’t do legs every day, or can you. just joking I don’t think that I would be able to move if I trained legs everyday.
My life is mostly…
-spend 3-5 hours a day in a small room with my guitar.
-eat
-drink water
-lift
-eat more
-spend some time with the girlfriend
-reading…sometimes.
oops…forgot:
-read T-Nation
Sharpen a Kukra knife until it cuts souls from the timid
Collect the tears of children for my own amusement
Spit on street hookers
Then, a nice cozy dinner with the family, followed by a fun board game, then bedtime stories for all! (The Little Engine that got herpes from a toilet seat)
I play golf, go fishing, ride mountain bikes well when the weather doesn’t suck ass like now. When it’s cold I don’t really do much, FN global warming.
Actually I have no idea who she is, I just know that you guys like posts with pictures so I figured I would throw one in. Tricky aren’t I?
I did cardio today for the second time since I stopped swimming competitively about 2 years ago, and I spent some time considering how despite the fact that I am not that big of a guy, a lot of things are not quite designed for people my size.
