thanks sir but bear in mind done fresh,just to see where i was. In saying that i did a bit of rowing the night before but thats low intensity . Form was breaking down. Possibly could of added 10 kgs and gone harder but it ceases to be a bentover row,also my double overhand is not strong so probably a limiting factor as well.

I thought i trained quite lazily tbh,i tried to 1 arm row with the ez curl and couldnt grip it with my left hand with 46 kgs so gave up. I did pump the tyre out,pretty easy,first time doing it and its good. I actually got this notion i should do it as a max effort first up exercise and do as many as i can next time,for a laugh. Theres a scrum machine frame there too. Squats tommorrow to make up for it

Front squat attempt at 2 count pause in the hole beltless.
28x5,started in heels then ditched cos of knee travel,48x2 68x2 78x2 88x2 98x2 103x2 108x2 113x2. Actually must be close to pb in this particular type of lift,i know with a belt on its 125x2. Should of videoed actually,would of had a go at heavier.nm.

Back squats beltless
60x5 80x5 100x12 then knee tweak again so pulled the pin. Went for bit of a hill walk for 30 mins then jumped on angled row super set with eliptical for around 30 mins

fail report,had 1 eye on bench comp but fail training,i still wanna compete at some stage but not training enough in the gym atm. I am trying to work hard at my job tho! Sweat peesing out today.

How does the Pearl Jam song go? Im still alive!, Very little work on for next 3 weeks i think so time for guess what? Been hardly training,bits n pieces here n there, Today i just randomly picked 4x8 for top sets and tried to guess the weight which i could achieve said 4x8,

front squat belt and sleeves up to 138x1,depth was not great tho and thats something to work on but i havent front squatted that sorta weight for nearly 10 yrs and have more in the tank,just gotta build my confidence under it,then i did 2 inch deficit deads beltless with a pause at approx where the floor would be. Up to 170x2. This is hard to firstly maintain position and control where you wanna pause,then did back work.

Too busy and forgetful,only weight train on the weekends. Trained twice yesterday chest and legs.

But today i remembered i had a log lmao.

Did chest yesterday straight after work,nothin much to report apart from the fact ive gone backwards in strength and my wrists hurt like hell trying to bench after a week of loading containers.
Did shoulders today
60x10x5 sets barbell,then 27.5 kgs dumbellsx5x10 then dips 5x10 with the 15 kg vest on.

wheres the state of gerrys triceps,starting to get a bit heavier. Might do another week or two of this then switcheroo.

28x10 48x5 68x2 88x1 98x1 108x4 103x5 98x7 88x11. All time pb is 108x5 at this exercise, close but no balls to have a go. I think the next step is to do a few sets of 108.

few days off, mostly sat on my tooshy apart from domestic duties and got fatter,ill try to remember wat i have done. Just doing random watever. No idea current bw but my comp belt doesnt fit so thats a tad overweight
