There is plenty of racism around in America. Its just not what you are prepared to acknowledge.
There are many hate crimes perpetrated by black people that go unnoticed by the mainstream.
Recently an elderly white couple visited a veterans cemetery where their son was buried, only to be assassinated by a complete stranger, for no apparent reason. The shooter was a black man.
The amount of bashings I see from security footage, of blacks(men usually) attacking white people, unprovoked on the street, whilst minding their own business is astonishing. Robbery still isn't a motive, not that that would justify their behaviour either. Ever heard of the "knock out game"? You probably don't care, because its only wacist if it happens to a person of colour.

I have a more than zero understanding than what its like to be black in America:)
I’ve seen plenty of instances on youtube of what cannot be explained as anything else but “driving whilst black”.
I have also heard of cases of black men raping random white women, and justifying that they were doing it because of injustices done to black people in the distant past. So forgive me if I don’t think that’s a good excuse.

Edit: You do realize this justification is an argument right out of the KKK playbook, circa 1930 or so… I don’t know you, but I now know everything I need to know about you. Peace out.

The display of this thread is going a bit batshit weird,at the moment intermittently displaying multiple repeats of the same posts, and not showing others, so you’re going to have to give me some specific reference for your ? before I can provide you with a witty retort.
Instead of being incredulous, try refuting the argument? I know many people want it to be a simple “white guy bad” scenario, but its a lot more complicated than that, especially when you look at black on white crime vs white on black crime. Check out the official statistics, it all pretty much one way, and that’s black on white, despite blacks making only 13% of the population vs white at 64%. If you really were concerned about violence to blacks you would also turn your attention to other blacks. A black man in America is more likely to be killed by another black man, not a cop, or a white man. Nobody’s talking about that one. Seriously go look at the statistics, its a sad state.
Maybe some of you Americans aren’t as aware as you think you are about the motivations of some your black brothers. And before you get incredulous again, put this in the context of the bigger picture. Keep in mind I’ve already sided with George Floyd and his horrendous mistreatment at the hands of the cops, a lot of you conveniently choose not to notice that.
So you agree that this one particularly egregious instance of police violence was wrong, so we are obligated to give you a pass for all the other bullshit that you’re spouting that’s is straight out of Breitbart news or the Stormfront forums? Pass.

I’m not trying to justify any crime, in both cases they are extremely unreasonable.
Its not 1930 at the moment, the KKK barely exist anymore, and its been a long time since they actually had any power,

No there are plenty of other instances, of oppression. On the other hand that doesn’t justify what Jussie Smollet did, or the current riots. He tried to stir up race hate with a fictitious crime and failed. What if he had succeeded with it, started riots on a false event???
I don’t read Breitbart, nor go on Stormfront forums. You’re trying to associate me with them so you can imply that I’m just a racist, and therefore you won’t have to come up with a good argument that addresses my questions. Silencing tactic straight out of the Antifa playbook circa 2020.

I wasn’t trying to claim that you read Breitbart news or Stormfront, just that you seem to have come to a lot of the same conclusions and use a lot of the same talking points they do, all on your own.

I don’t deny bad stuff like racism happens in America, its just not all one way, so don’t pretend it is.

People of all races can be racist. I haven’t said otherwise. You can find incidents of all sorts of things by different races. I guess I will have to take your word for what I’m prepared to acknowledge though.
You know the best sites to go to to find those “unnoticed mainstream” things? It’s those cool ones where they spend time trying to convince you that everything’s a little better when races don’t mix and that the end of the world happens with a declining white majority. I don’t tend to read those places, but they exist no doubt. We’ve had no shortage of posters on here who feel the same way. That things are just a bit better when everything is segregated.
That’s awful. I’m not defending that in the least bit. If it’s so bad though why aren’t white people going to Europe where they came from?
