I think people like him or even Guardiola are not up to date on whatās acceptable because they come from places that havenāt fully assimilated these new concepts of whatās appropriate or racist.

Two problems I see are the headline calling the tweet racist. It wasnāt racist. Some interpreted it as racist but there is no doubt that it was not intended as racist. An accurate headline would have been tweet that some thought was racist. The other problem is a white guy saying that what Mendy thinks does not matter. This is why I believe these white people who show more outrage than black people are racists. They believe they need to tell black people what they should think.

You transpose those same guys to, say, to the American reality, and someone is now a racist.
What I mean is, I can see a Portuguese guy, a football player no less, not the brightest bunch (no offense to football players) being totally oblivious about how his tweet would be considered offensive.

Anyway, and I donāt deny the existence of racism in any way, but most of my of my friends are white and I just donāt think racism is as prevalent as some make out to be.
Maybe Iām one of the good ones, but I donāt think cops are so much racists as more weary of people who look and act like thugs, no matter the colour.
I donāt know about you, but if Iām cop Iād be weary in an interaction with these guys.

This didnt need to be added. Violent crime always goes up in the summer months (hence the always funny study correlating ice cream consumption to murder rates). And with the CV shutdown mostly affecting the demographic likely to be involved in a violent crime, i dont see that as much of a surpriseā¦ not to mention that a record month of murders in PDX is the same as a bad weekend in Chiraq to put some perspective on it.
Yeah, not sure how antifa twitter accounts are not being banned or having posts censored (as far as i know?), but the potusā official campaign account gets straight up banned (i assume they just kept posting stuff that got removed until they finally got banned. probably part of the trump plan to continue widening the gap between US vs Them).

Actual conservatives arenāt Libertarian. As a Conservative I have no use for Napolitano.
Most of us understand that Federal Law enforcement has jurisdiction dealing with people trying to burn down federal courthouses. Including, as explicitly stated in statute, off property investigations.
As far as the press. Might be the fact that Antifa members have actively slapped āpressā on the side of their helmets. More of this story will need to develop for me. I know it had something to do with leaked DHS documents or some such thing, and the responsible party from that particular office was already removed and reassigned. From what I gather so far.

With all this talk about anti-racism and such, this type of shit is totally counterproductive. The way itās going, a lot of white people are going to be more uncomfortable than ever around black people because now you have to watch every word and action to make sure nothing you say or do might be interpreted as racist. Itās about casting certain groups as the perpetual victims while white people have to atone for the past sins of those with the same skin color as them.

It depends on the demographics of who is committing crime in what area. There is a part of Ottawa called Vanier, at one time it was a separate city and according to some statistics at that time it had the 2nd highest crime rate in Canada. Also, it was probably 80-90% white people, there were a lot of natives because there are a lot of native nonprofit housing buildings in the area, only a few immigrants or other minorities. I had some friends who lived there, I got stopped by cops several times just walking outside. Iām white, but I was in a high crime area where white people are committing most of the crimes - is that racial profiling?
The funny thing now, nowadays there are a lot of immigrants in Vanier, mostly black people, and itās not half as bad as it was years ago.

I was just pointing out that as celebrities everything is done under a microscope and he should know that. It was potentially an issue due to the woke movement. I donāt think itās an issue, but then Iām not āthe movementā.
